Quality Manager – Regional Pharmaceutical Quality Leadership

About the role

We are a historic health and wellness company seeking a proactive Quality Manager to lead and continuously improve our regional Quality Management System (QMS). You will ensure regulatory compliance, product quality, and consumer safety across all products distributed in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and enhance the QMS, covering deviations, CAPAs, complaints, change controls, risk management, data integrity, and KPI monitoring.
• Maintain inspection readiness and ensure all regional products meet applicable regulations and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary liaison with Global Quality, regulatory authorities, notified bodies, and certification agencies.
• Oversee qualification and performance of suppliers, contract manufacturers, distributors, and service providers using a risk‑based approach.
• Direct quality oversight for product release, post‑marketing surveillance, stability programs, product qualification, and incident management.
• Develop and lead the regional Quality team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Required profile

• University degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or a related scientific discipline.
• Formal training in GMP, GDP, ISO standards and quality management systems.
• Minimum 6 years of Quality Assurance experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals.
