Quality Standards Conformance Manager – Temporary Agency

About the role

An opportunity for a Quality Standards Conformance Manager (QCM) has arisen within Airbus Commercial in Getafe, Spain. The selected candidate will join the Quality area and will lead the resolution of complex quality issues while driving continuous‑improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and drive resolution of complex quality issues and continuous‑improvement projects by setting measurement standards and facilitating improvements to increase process performance, product adherence, reliability and repeatability.
• Ensure that Quality Control Requirements of the product and associated processes are satisfied.
• Coordinate Control Plan routine meetings to capture all inputs linked to the process.
• Drive inspection optimisation activities (reinforcement, reallocation, reduction) as part of the end‑to‑end inspection process.
• Enforce multi‑functional team collaboration to improve process efficiency.
• Maintain effective operational feedback loops to capture additional required inspections.
• Digitalise the Control Plan using deployed IT tools.
• Manage risks and opportunities, perform status reporting, and create and maintain KPIs.
• Collaborate on PFMEA activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Advanced level of English and Spanish.
• High adaptability to work on new topics, new business areas and in a networking mode.
