Quality Stock Manager (W/M/X) – Permanent

About the role

The Quality Stock Manager reports to the Head of Clearance Offline – Second Choice – Stock Quality and is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining group quality standards for product condition across the warehouse. The role ensures accurate product qualification, supports inventory flow and drives continuous improvement of stock quality.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and enforce the stock quality policy within the warehouse.
• Conduct weekly quality audits at B‑return stations and clearance online shipments, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Define volumes, processes and KPI tracking in collaboration with the IM quality team.
• Analyse weekly KPI data, create action plans and monitor improvements.
• Support the deployment of new processes and tools, communicating changes to all relevant teams.
• Organise training for new operators and key users on quality procedures.
• Facilitate regular meetings with IM/STO to discuss quality issues, risks and future actions.

Required profile

• Experience in warehouse or logistics quality management.
• Strong understanding of stock qualification and inventory processes.
• Ability to conduct audits, analyse data and implement corrective actions.
• Excellent communication skills for training and cross‑functional coordination.
