Quality Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead quality activities at our new Gigafactory in Zaragoza. You will ensure that customer requirements, plant‑level quality systems, and continuous improvement initiatives are executed effectively across the battery manufacturing site.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Quality Manager with local staff recruitment, training, work arrangement, and KPI assessment.
• Develop and deliver training plans so employees become independent after probation.
• Establish standardized procedures and team rules to optimise workflow.
• Plan and implement on‑site quality activities, driving rapid localisation.
• Lead analysis and resolution of major quality issues, documenting lessons learned.
• Handle customer complaints, audits, and special requirements directly.
• Promote ongoing quality system development and continuous improvement.
• Take charge of module‑plant area quality management in the future.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Science or Technology).
• High proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar quality roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong cross‑cultural communication and collaboration abilities.
