Real Estate Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Real Estate Assistant to support daily operations at our Marbella office. The role combines client management, administrative tasks and marketing support for an international property agency.

Key responsibilities

• Handle enquiries via WhatsApp, email, website, portals and social media.
• Qualify buyers by budget, location, property type and timeline.
• Maintain and update the CRM with client interactions and property information.
• Research suitable properties and send options to clients.
• Coordinate calls, meetings, viewings and appointments with developers.
• Update listings, prices, availability and prepare property comparisons, brochures and presentations.
• Create and edit social media posts, reels and short-form property videos.
• Maintain website content and use Canva (or similar) for marketing materials.
• Organise client files, transaction records and provide occasional admin support to Decking Marbella.

Required profile

• Fluent English; Spanish strongly preferred.
• Based in Marbella or within commuting distance.
• Full-time availability on-site.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional communication by phone, WhatsApp and email.
