About the role
Clifford Chance in Madrid is looking for a lawyer specialising in Real Estate, preferably with around three to six years' relevant experience. The team advises leading players in the industry on the full range of real estate-related transactions across all asset classes, including operational real estate, for clients such as sovereign wealth funds, asset managers, private equity houses, institutional developers, lenders and corporates.
Required profile
- Spanish degree and master's in Law with an excellent academic record.
- Excellent written and spoken Spanish, fluency in English.
- Around three to six years' relevant experience as a Real Estate lawyer.
- Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating key transaction documents and managing due diligence processes.
- Ability to draft clear, precise and high-quality legal documents.
- Experience coordinating complex cross-border transactions and working across multiple practice areas and jurisdictions.
