About the role

The Night Receptionist will work at the Royal Hideaway Luxury Hotel & Resorts in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, part of the Barceló Group. The role involves providing front‑desk service during night hours and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest check‑in and check‑out procedures during the night shift.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services.
• Handle reservations, cancellations and billing issues that arise after hours.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security and other departments to resolve guest requests.
• Maintain the security and cleanliness of the front‑desk area throughout the night.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality or front‑desk operations is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work night shifts and remain attentive to guest needs.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with a focus on service quality.
