Reception Internship – La Nucia

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Reception Intern to join our hotel in La Nucia, Alicante. You will support the front‑desk team in delivering excellent guest service while gaining hands‑on experience in hotel operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process check‑in and check‑out documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the reception area and its furnishings.
• Answer guest telephone inquiries and manage external calls.
• Handle currency exchange transactions.
• Coordinate daily activities with the kitchen and dining areas.
• Provide guests with information and address their complaints.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training in Hospitality and Tourism.
• At least one year of experience in a similar front‑desk role.
• High proficiency in English; additional language is a plus.
• Adaptability, teamwork orientation, strong customer focus, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Familiarity with reservation management systems.
