Receptionist

About the role

As a Receptionist at aparto, you will be the first point of contact for guests staying in our student accommodation properties in Barcelona. You will ensure a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily front‑desk operations including check‑in, check‑out, phone, email and WhatsApp assistance.
• Handle guest communications through the Mews PMS, LiveChat and TrustYou platforms.
• Resolve guest issues, coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams, and follow up on complaints.
• Process parcel deliveries, manage stationery orders, and support marketing follow‑up on booking platforms.
• Provide local area information, assist with B2C sales calls, and participate in events organized by Sales & Marketing.
• Conduct internal data audits, health‑and‑safety checks, and check‑out inventories.
• Assist in training new reception staff.
