Receptionist – Luxury Resort Front Desk

About the role

Join the Royal Hideaway Corales Resort team as a Receptionist, providing a warm welcome and seamless service to guests throughout their stay at this luxury property.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all front‑desk operations, including check‑in, welcome, check‑out and farewell procedures.
• Provide personal and telephone customer service during the entire guest stay.
• Perform concierge duties and handle luggage storage.
• Review and verify reservations, ensuring accuracy.
• Conduct night‑audit tasks and other duties assigned by the Reception Manager.

Required profile

• Degree in Tourism, a Master’s in Marketing or a related field, with specific training in tourism quality.
• Minimum 2 years of customer‑service experience in the hotel sector.
• High level of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of office software, hospitality processes, CRM systems and ISO standards is valued.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Understanding of ISO quality standards.
