Recruiter – Talent Acquisition (Spain)

About the role

Ford is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence in Valencia. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for internal and external hiring needs across Spain, working closely with local HR, business leaders and European TA colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from requisition to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent requirements and develop hiring plans.
• Source and engage candidates through direct sourcing, networking and market mapping.
• Screen applicants, coordinate interview stages and support hiring decisions.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, hiring trends and candidate expectations in Spain.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and support inclusive hiring and employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish recruitment market.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
