Regional Business Intelligence Manager

About the role

The Regional Business Intelligence Manager will lead the use of the company’s approved BI software for campaign management across the region, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify data segmentation opportunities to drive revenue and improve customer satisfaction, ensuring campaigns are complete, accurate and measurable.
• Develop and continuously refine predictive models to support business growth.
• Perform statistical analysis to uncover trends and relationships for research projects.
• Implement BI solutions throughout all phases of campaign management after approval by the Regional MarTech Lead.
• Audit and maintain BI hardware and software resources for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with Corporate IT to redesign processes for greater efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing Intelligence or a related field.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience, including at least one year designing or implementing BI architecture.
• Strong data mining, reporting and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Oracle BI (or Power BI) proficiency.
• Data visualization expertise.
• Experience with big data concepts.
