Regional Digital Management (m/f/d)

About the role

The Regional Digital Manager (RDM) acts as a control tower, coordinating GD service delivery across all markets served by GD. The role involves advising project managers, consulting site leaders, and ensuring high‑quality digital services are delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Advise PMs on optimal service delivery based on local complexity, size, regulations and stakeholders.
• Consult site general managers and managing directors on service arrangements, including those required for LtO.
• Dialogue with stakeholders and IBPS at each site to understand needs and convey GD messages.
• Analyze service quality, set demands and ensure services meet expectations.
• Facilitate discussions between global teams and local legal entities and sites.
• Persuade IBPs to adopt GD standards and solutions.
• Supervise local service providers and represent GD in incidents and crises.

Required profile

• Strong command of English for discussions with global teams and stakeholders.
• Broad overview of IT and digital space with high competence in IT knowledge.
• Ability to communicate with senior management and coordinate work.
• Passion for service quality and ability to actively steer it.
• High organizational awareness and experience in GD processes and service delivery.
