Regional Sales Account Manager – Southern Europe (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Regional Account Manager to accelerate our client’s growth across Southern Europe. The role focuses on developing new markets, building strategic partnerships and driving revenue for unattended retail, smart vending and IoT solutions. This is a senior, remote position based in Spain or Italy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities across Europe.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with operators, distributors, resellers and channel partners.
• Create territory growth plans and execute market‑expansion strategies.
• Engage senior stakeholders and decision‑makers within target organisations.
• Support the development of partner ecosystems in key markets.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and leadership teams to shape commercial strategy.
• Attend industry exhibitions, conferences and customer meetings throughout Europe.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and CRM reporting.

Required profile

• 5‑10+ years of experience in business development, sales, channel or strategic account management.
• Proven success in unattended retail, vending, payments, fintech, telemetry, IoT or related technology sectors.
• Strong track record of generating new business and opening new markets.
• Experience developing channel, distributor or strategic partner relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English and another European language.
