Regional Sales Executive – Rest of World

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Sales Executive to lead our Rest of World (ROW) territory from our Barcelona office. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and drive revenue growth for Boats Group’s digital marketplace. The position reports to European sales leadership and works closely with product and marketing teams to align offerings with market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch and close new accounts with yacht dealers and brokers across the ROW region.
• Sell marketing memberships, SaaS subscriptions and digital advertising solutions.
• Identify and qualify leads across multiple countries.
• Drive expansion revenue post‑close through contract renewals and upselling of value‑added services.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to tailor offerings.
• Track performance metrics and report on sales results.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling to yacht dealers, brokers or similar maritime businesses.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end sales processes and build long‑term client relationships.
