Regional Sales Manager – Caribbean Markets

About the role

American Foods International is seeking a results‑driven Regional Sales Manager to lead commercial expansion across Caribbean island markets. You will own the end‑to‑end sales process, from closing large retail programs to managing distribution contracts and executing trade promotions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑channel sales strategies for retail, foodservice and sub‑distributors.
• Identify, onboard and manage new distributors, wholesalers and import partners in each country.
• Drive private‑label adoption, secure new listings and increase in‑store visibility.
• Collaborate with the Miami headquarters on pricing, logistics and product availability.
• Track market intelligence, forecast volumes and maintain sales pipelines with supply‑chain and finance teams.
• Build trusted relationships with key accounts, brokers and sub‑distributors, and train local representatives.

Required profile

• 2‑5+ years of CPG/FMCG sales, distribution or export management experience within the Caribbean.
• Deep knowledge of retail, foodservice and sub‑distribution models.
• Established network of regional buyers, importers and distributors.
• Proven record of delivering double‑digit growth across multiple markets.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a strong plus.
• Entrepreneurial, resourceful mindset with a focus on results.
