Regional Sales Manager – German Sales Academy

About the role

SiteMinder is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead its first German‑speaking Sales Academy in Barcelona. You will coach and mentor recent graduates and junior sales talent, helping them become confident 360‑degree sales representatives within a year.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of German‑speaking sales graduates and junior profiles.
• Create a supportive, inclusive environment where learning from mistakes is encouraged.
• Deliver structured coaching through role‑plays, call reviews, shadowing and regular feedback.
• Teach prospecting, discovery, value presentation, objection handling, pipeline management and closing.
• Use performance data to guide coaching and prepare team members for full‑cycle sales roles after 12 months.

Required profile

• Experience managing, mentoring or coaching graduates, interns, SDRs or other junior talent.
• Patient, empathetic and nurturing coaching style.
• Practical sales experience with a strong understanding of the full SaaS sales cycle.
• Ability to set clear expectations and develop individual development plans.
