Regional Sales Manager – Madrid (12‑month maternity cover)

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead our boutique network and wholesale customers in central Spain. This 12‑month maternity cover position is field‑based, includes a company car, and requires the candidate to be based within a reasonable commuting distance to the stores.

Key responsibilities

• Build and develop high‑performing store manager teams across the region.
• Drive sales performance to meet revenue targets and store KPIs.
• Ensure consistent execution of global and local brand standards, visual merchandising and operational excellence.
• Deliver best‑in‑class customer experience and champion brand initiatives.
• Partner with HR, Retail Operations, Training and Merchandising to maximise people, product and sales potential.
• Lead training workshops and communicate retail updates in line with group standards.

Required profile

• Extensive retail background with experience managing multiple stores for a leading fashion brand.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire and develop store managers and their teams.
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on sales, profitability and KPI achievement.
• Located within a commutable distance to the Madrid store portfolio and eligible to drive in Spain.
