Regional Student Futures Coordinator – Iberia (Medical Cover)

About the role

The Regional Student Futures Coordinator for the Iberia region will support the delivery of International Learning Opportunities for Students (ILOS) and Future Pathways programmes across schools. Working closely with regional schools, the central ISP Learning and Innovation Team and university partners, you will coordinate, promote and evaluate student futures initiatives while ensuring compliance with safeguarding and health & safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for ILOS and support other Student Futures initiatives in the region.
• Develop, coordinate and host in‑person ILOS programmes and regional events.
• Onboard new schools to ILOS and Student Futures pillars and review programme performance.
• Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to train staff on Student Futures offerings.
• Gather and showcase examples of “Amazing Learning” to promote programme impact.
• Manage registration, payments, deadlines and administrative tasks, including awards and recognitions.
• Support regional partnerships with universities, employers and alumni to create career learning opportunities.
• Coordinate travel logistics for schools and ensure compliance with ISP health and safety policies.
• Assist with monitoring and evaluation of programmes, providing data for regional reporting.
