About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Regional Vice President of Sales for the EMEA region to lead and expand our mission‑driven SaaS business across Spain, Italy and the broader European market. Reporting to senior leadership, you will own the commercial performance of the region and shape its growth trajectory.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy that consistently exceeds targets and key performance indicators.
- Provide hands‑on leadership to a team of Account Executives, coaching, challenging and developing them into a high‑output unit.
- Recruit, onboard and accelerate top sales talent to build a robust regional team.
- Deliver accurate forecasting and maintain visibility of the regional pipeline for senior leadership.
- Cultivate long‑term relationships with customers, partners and key stakeholders across EMEA.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and evolving customer priorities to keep the sales strategy ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience from acquisition to retention.
- Lead complex enterprise negotiations and close high‑value deals.
- Represent the company at conferences, events and customer meetings throughout the region.
Required profile
- 3‑5+ years of progressive regional sales leadership experience, preferably in SaaS.
- Proven record of consistently surpassing quota and delivering measurable revenue growth.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement regional sales strategies and go‑to‑market plans.
- Strong people‑management skills with a track record of motivating and developing high‑performing teams.
