Remote Inbound Sales Representative (Caribbean)

About the role

Meadow, a growing startup transforming end-of-life care, is hiring a remote Inbound Sales Representative for its Caribbean team. You will guide families who have reached out to you through their options with clarity and compassion, owning individual sales targets and following through to close. There is no cold calling.

Key responsibilities

• Convert warm inbound phone leads through consultative conversations, explaining cremation options and pricing, handling objections and asking for the sale.
• Follow up by phone, text and email, keeping records and next steps accurate.
• Meet sales and quality targets while supporting queue coverage and related workflows.
• Depending on team needs and performance, also return leads and support the smooth running of the sales process.

Required profile

• 2+ years of sales experience, ideally closing consumer sales over the phone, with a record of hitting individual targets.
• Clear, warm and confident spoken and written English; Spanish fluency is an extra plus.
• Experience in high-trust categories such as insurance, healthcare or travel is an extra plus.
• Comfortable with HubSpot or a similar CRM and able to meet the stated technical requirements.

What we offer

• Pay of $67-$10 per hour OTE, including base pay and monthly performance bonuses; First Call representatives move to an uncapped performance plan.
• Full-time, eight-hour shifts on a fixed weekly schedule (Monday-Friday, Tuesday-Saturday), with AM and PM start times.
• PTO, 10 paid holidays, paid training and a fully remote setup.
• Advancement from Second Call to First Call after about three months, based on sustained results.
