Remote Sales Representative (LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Remote Sales Representative to join Geeks on Site’s growing team. You will connect customers across Latin America with our technology support services, driving revenue through outbound outreach and consultative selling.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and follow up on leads to generate new business.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Handle objections, communicate product value, and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and manage your sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Participate in training and continuously develop sales knowledge.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in a call‑center or inside‑sales environment.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM tools.
