Remote Travel Consultant

About the role

We are seeking motivated, organized, and customer‑focused individuals to join our travel team as Remote Travel Consultants. In this independent‑contractor position you will help clients research, plan, and book vacation experiences while delivering excellent service throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in researching and planning vacations that match their preferences, needs, and budgets.
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, transportation options, and other travel products.
• Prepare and present travel quotes and itinerary options.
• Book travel arrangements through approved suppliers and booking platforms.
• Communicate with clients before, during, and after booking to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate client and reservation records.
• Process payments, monitor deadlines, and track final payment dates.
• Stay updated on supplier promotions, destination news, and travel requirements.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
• Market and grow your independent travel business.

Required profile

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and online platforms.
• Highly organized with good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to complete training and continue learning about the travel industry.
• Previous sales, hospitality, or customer‑service experience is helpful but not required.
