Research Manager – Transfer & Innovation Projects

About the role

The University of A Coruña seeks a Research Manager to support the "Talentos Inclusivos" and EDIGIT Erasmus+ projects, coordinate outreach activities, and assist with the XoveTIC conference. The role is based in the CITIC office and reports to the Vice‑Rectorate for Research and Technology Transfer.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inclusive educational activities, develop accessible materials, and organise workshops for the Talentos Inclusivos project.
• Manage technical and administrative aspects of the EDIGIT Erasmus+ project, including partner coordination and production of training resources.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and guidelines for both projects and other CITIC initiatives.
• Support the planning, promotion, and submission process for the XoveTIC conference.
• Lead outreach events and citizen‑science initiatives related to all listed projects.
• Assist in planning and implementing social knowledge‑transfer activities and citizen action programmes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Communication Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• First‑stage researcher (R1) status.
• Experience in project coordination, especially within academic or research environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
