Resident Trainer

About the role

The Resident Trainer will lead the education and development of store‑based managers and artists across Charlotte Tilbury’s Madrid locations. Reporting to the Field Training Manager, you will design and deliver both physical and virtual training programmes while maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure maximum impact on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the Charlotte Tilbury Magic Experience service model and intermediate artistry curriculum.
• Facilitate full‑curriculum training, including induction, social, and developmental sessions for retailer teams.
• Support operational business management and retailer education strategy, identifying priorities and implementing local initiatives.
• Lead new product (NPD) and skincare launches through targeted training.
• Monitor KPIs related to training effectiveness, provide feedback, and adapt content as needed.
• Observe shop‑floor performance, provide in‑the‑moment coaching, and act as a brand ambassador.

• Strong ability to adapt training approaches to commercial needs in an agile manner.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proactive mindset, capable of defining people plans and strategies for the assigned area.
• Passion for the beauty industry and alignment with the brand’s ethos.
