About the role

Teleferic Barcelona, an authentic Spanish restaurant in the United States, is looking for a motivated Restaurant Floor Manager to support the Restaurant Manager and ensure a smooth, high‑quality guest experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the front‑of‑house team (servers, hosts, bussers, food runners) to maintain high service standards.
• Assist in daily restaurant operations, ensuring consistent customer service.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere, address guest concerns professionally.
• Help train, develop, and motivate front‑of‑house staff.
• Ensure front‑of‑house areas are clean, organized, and meet safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Monitor guest flow, seating, and wait times for efficient table management.
• Assist with inventory control and ordering of supplies.
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation policies.
• Cover the Floor Manager’s duties in their absence.
• Contribute to planning and execution of events, promotions, and special functions.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Exceptional customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of front‑of‑house processes, inventory management, and POS systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in a Spanish or Mediterranean restaurant is a plus.

What we offer

• Salary range $64,000 – $78,000 per year, based on experience.
