About the role

Telefèric Barcelona is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations of its California location. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all front‑of‑house activities, ensuring smooth service and high guest satisfaction.
• Supervise, train, and motivate the management team and hourly staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, labor costs, and productivity to meet financial targets.
• Monitor sales, labor, and food‑and‑beverage costs, and implement actions to improve profitability.
• Control inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships for cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Analyze operational data and develop plans to boost guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant General Manager in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
• Excellent customer‑service mindset and problem‑solving skills.
• Solid business acumen, capable of managing financial performance and operational metrics.
• Effective communication, organization, and ability to work under pressure.
