Restaurant Server (Waiter/Waitress) – Luxury Dining

About the role

This position supports the front‑of‑house team at a luxury dining venue, ensuring smooth service and creating memorable experiences for every guest. The server works closely with waiters, the kitchen, and the Service Manager to maintain high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience throughout service.
• Assist waiters in serving food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Communicate guest preferences, complaints, and special requests to the Service Manager.
• Maintain a clean and well‑organized service area, including clearing tables and handling crockery.
• Control stock of takeaway boxes and assist with inventory of room and beverage equipment.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen before, during, and after service.
• Ensure proper closing of service, reporting any outstanding issues.

Required profile

• High school diploma, bachelor’s degree or equivalent vocational training.
• Minimum 1 year experience in luxury hotels, gastronomic restaurants or banquets.
• Medium to high proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages a plus.
• Professional grooming in line with Nobu Hotel standards.
