Retail Network Support Manager

About the role

Clarios, a global leader in low-voltage battery technologies for mobility, is looking for a Retail Network Support Manager based in its Madrid office. The role manages and develops assigned customer accounts to achieve sales, profitability and growth objectives, acting as the main point of contact for customers in the field and supporting store managers and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for retail store managers, supporting store operations, merchandising and staff training
• Build account-specific action plans, support annual customer business plans and regular customer visits, and implement promotional and category initiatives
• Drive sales and operational excellence, including field service optimization and business growth opportunities
• Organize workshops and coaching sessions for retail staff and coordinate with Supply Chain, Marketing and Category Management
• Conduct field visits to assess store performance, pricing and customer experience, and share market intelligence with internal stakeholders
• Prepare structured reports and monthly performance reviews, and contribute to forecasts and demand planning

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, economics or a related field
• 4-5 years of experience in sales, account management, retail (highly desirable) or customer-facing commercial roles
• Prior working experience in Spain
• Fluent in Spanish and English
