Retail Stylist – Part Time (30 hours)

About the role

Levi's is hiring a part-time Retail Stylist for its store in Murcia, Spain, working about 30 hours per week. Stylists are central to the in-store experience: they help customers express themselves, feel confident and find their perfect fit. Current employees of the company apply through their Workday account.

Key responsibilities

• Create genuine connections with customers and deliver personal, one-to-one service
• Share product knowledge and styling advice that builds confidence
• Support store operations such as tills, fitting rooms and stock management
• Maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Work with the team to meet and exceed sales goals while keeping the store welcoming

Required profile

• A love for helping people express themselves through style and fashion
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
• Curiosity, adaptability and a passion for learning and development
• Pride in delivering high-quality service that reflects the Levi's brand values
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience is an advantage but not essential
