Safety Specialist – Commerce & Support

About the role

Heineken Spain is seeking a Safety Specialist to own occupational safety for its commercial field force and corporate support functions. The role combines hands‑on field presence, technical safety expertise, and close collaboration with business leaders across Madrid and Sevilla.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary health & safety contact for the nationwide commercial organization (400+ field employees).
• Lead and evolve the Road Safety & Driving Risk Prevention program, analysing accidents and defining preventive actions.
• Investigate incidents, conduct root‑cause analyses, and deliver targeted safety training for sales teams and managers.
• Manage occupational safety for office environments, coordinating risk assessments, ergonomics, emergency plans and drills.
• Oversee activities with external contractors and support psychosocial risk assessments.
• Participate in legal and internal audits and ensure compliance with corporate H&S standards.
• Contribute to safety KPIs, data analysis and culture‑building initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree or Higher Technician qualification in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in health & safety roles, preferably with mobile or field‑based exposure.
• Proven ability to work with commercial leadership, HR, fleet management and external partners.
