About the role

Christian Dior Couture is seeking a Sales Assistant for its Barcelona flagship on Paseo de Gracia. The position is a one‑year training contract aimed at recent graduates who want to start a career in luxury retail.

Key responsibilities

Achieve daily and weekly sales targets using proven sales techniques.
Provide detailed product knowledge and storytelling to clients.
Maintain the client database, perform clienteling and develop a local and international client book.
Deliver a high‑standard retail ceremony and go the extra mile for each customer.
Handle customer inquiries in‑store, by phone and electronically.
Assist with product reception, quality control, stock updates and packaging preparation.
Collaborate with management to resolve client issues promptly.

Required profile

Recent graduate (under “Contrato Formativo” for professional practice).
Strong motivation to represent the Dior brand and deliver excellent customer service.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
Good communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
