Sales Assistant – Barcelona

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join our Barcelona store and represent the BIMBA Y LOLA brand. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience, support sales targets and contribute to the store’s visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers throughout the sales journey, from welcome to checkout, handling inquiries and complaints.
• Maintain stock levels, perform inventory counts, receive deliveries and keep the stockroom organized.
• Arrange merchandise on the shop floor following visual‑merchandising guidelines and assist with window displays.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and team to achieve sales goals and promote the brand culture.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in retail or customer‑service roles.
• Strong interest in fashion and a good sense of style.
• Excellent communication and listening skills, with a team‑oriented attitude.
