Sales Assistant – Retail (Las Palmas)

About the role
BIMBA Y LOLA is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join its Las Palmas store. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer service and helping to spread the company’s creative fashion culture.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, guide them through the buying journey and handle any inquiries or complaints.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the BIMBA Y LOLA experience.
- Perform stock counting, organize deliveries and maintain the stockroom.
- Arrange products on the shop floor and implement visual‑merchandising guidelines.
- Collaborate on window displays and seasonal visual changes.
Required profile
- Minimum one year of experience in customer‑service or retail sales.
- Strong interest in fashion and a good sense of style.
- Excellent listening skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Dynamic, motivated and oriented toward client satisfaction.
