Sales Assistant (Retail) – Palma de Mallorca

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join our boutique in Palma de Mallorca. Working either part‑time or full‑time, you will be the face of Bimba y Lola, delivering exceptional customer service and helping to grow the brand’s presence in Spain.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, understand their needs and guide them through the purchase journey.
- Process sales transactions and handle any enquiries or complaints.
- Maintain stock levels, receive deliveries and organise the stockroom.
- Ensure the shop floor is tidy and merchandise is displayed according to visual‑merchandising guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on visual changes and window displays.
Required profile
- Minimum one year of experience in customer‑facing retail or sales.
- Strong interest in fashion and an eye for style.
- Excellent listening skills and ability to work as part of a team.
