Sales Associate (Stylist) – 20h – Madrid

About the role
Levi's® is looking for enthusiastic Sales Associates (Stylist) to join its Madrid store on a 20‑hour weekly basis. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover the perfect fit and express their personal style.
Key responsibilities
- Create genuine connections with shoppers and deliver personalized 1:1 service.
- Share product knowledge and styling advice that inspires confidence.
- Support daily store operations, including tills, fitting rooms, and stock management.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets while keeping the environment welcoming.
Required profile
- Passion for fashion and helping people express themselves through style.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
- Curiosity, adaptability and a desire for continuous learning.
- Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
