Sales Consultant – Real Estate

About the role

The Sales Consultant will join D&B Properties' secondary sales team in Dubai, focusing on building client relationships, showcasing premium properties, and closing transactions. You will act as a trusted advisor to buyers and property owners, delivering exceptional service throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with potential buyers and property owners to generate leads and referrals.
• Conduct property tours, highlighting features and benefits while staying updated on market trends.
• Negotiate contracts, coordinate inspections, appraisals, and manage closing processes.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Director of Secondary Sales.
• Utilise CRM systems to track leads, monitor performance, and maintain property listings.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, and other internal teams to ensure compliance and effective promotion.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of real‑estate sales experience in the Dubai market.
• Strong customer‑oriented mindset with integrity and trust.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
