Sales Development Representative – French

About the role

Perk is looking for a driven French‑speaking Sales Development Representative to expand its presence in the French market. Reporting to the SDR Team Lead, you will be the engine behind the sales pipeline, engaging prospective clients and setting up qualified opportunities for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Execute multichannel outreach campaigns (phone, email, social) to identify and qualify potential customers.
• Conduct discovery calls with decision‑makers such as CFOs, Travel Managers and Office Managers to assess fit and schedule product demos.
• Communicate Perk’s value proposition clearly and build credibility over the phone.
• Maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce, generating and managing a pipeline of leads and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing to refine target accounts, test messaging and optimise lead‑qualification processes.

Required profile

• Native‑level spoken and written French with professional fluency in English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to build credibility on calls.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS sales processes or outbound prospecting; prior business development or sales experience is a plus.
• Proactive, goal‑oriented and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
