Sales Executive - Belgian French Speaker

About the role

Join our sales team as a Sales Executive to help us drive our Benelux & Nordics market! As an integral team member, you will report to the Sales Leader and work alongside motivated individuals passionate about changing how organisations manage their business travel and expenses.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect your own pipeline and manage outbound and inbound leads for the Benelux & Nordics market.
• Present demos to potential clients and own the follow‑up until closing the deal (full sales cycle).
• Understand prospect needs and articulate the value Perk provides.
• Conduct high‑level discussions with stakeholders from Office Managers to CFOs.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity information in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Marketing to increase awareness and improve lead qualification.
• Become an expert in Perk’s features and product roadmap.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (written and spoken) as a native level.
• Experience with the Benelux or Nordics markets.
• Proven hunter mindset with a track record of building pipeline through outbound initiatives.
• Successful relationship building with C‑suite executives.
• Understanding of B2B solution selling with short sales cycles.
• Ambitious, ethical and customer‑centric.
• Legal authorization to work in Spain.
