Sales Executive - French Market

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join Click&Boat’s Barcelona office and drive growth in the French‑speaking market. You will act as the main point of contact for French customers interested in renting boats, guiding them from the first inquiry to the final booking and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Understand French customers’ needs and recommend suitable boat options.
• Negotiate with boat owners to secure the best deals for clients.
• Manage a pipeline of warm leads, convert them into bookings and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Provide end‑to‑end support throughout the sales process, including follow‑up and post‑booking assistance.
• Collaborate with the Supply and Customer Care teams to maintain high service standards.
• Work at least one Saturday per month, with a compensatory day off, to ensure rapid response times.

Required profile

• Native French speaker with fluent English.
• 1–2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a B2C or marketplace environment.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently, from prospecting to closing and upselling.
• Team‑player attitude, proactive mindset and strong focus on customer satisfaction.
