Sales Executive – French Market

About the role

Click&Boat, Europe’s leading boat‑rental marketplace, is looking for a Sales Executive to join its Barcelona office and focus on the French‑speaking market. You will work with warm leads, helping customers find and book the perfect boat while ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to post‑rental.

Key responsibilities

• Understand French‑speaking customers’ needs and guide them through the boat‑search process.
• Negotiate optimal rental options with boat owners and present the best deals.
• Convert warm leads into bookings using proven sales strategies and provide full booking information.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
• Meet an annual sales target, with performance bonuses for over‑achievement.
• Work at least one Saturday per month, with a compensatory day off to ensure a two‑day weekend.

Required profile

• Native French speaker with fluent English.
• 1–2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a marketplace or tourism context.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently, from need assessment to closing and upselling.
• Team‑player attitude, proactive initiative, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Required skills

• Fluent in French (native) and English.
