Sales Executive Intern (German Market)

About the role

Click&Boat is looking for a Sales Executive Intern to join its Barcelona team and support the German market. You will manage German‑speaking clients, work with supply and customer care teams, and help deliver seamless boat‑rental experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customers' needs and advise them on boat searches.
• Negotiate the best prices with boat owners for warm leads already in your pipeline.
• Apply sales strategies to maximise conversion and guide customers through the booking process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and foster loyalty for future bookings.
• Meet a reachable annual target, with performance rewards.
• Work at least one Saturday per month, with a compensatory day off.

Required profile

• Native German speaker with fluent English.
• Previous experience in customer‑facing roles.
• Team player who takes initiative and prioritises customer satisfaction.
• Enthusiasm for fast‑paced, marketplace environments.
