About the role
As the Sales Manager for the French market, you will lead a small, focused team of SDRs, BDRs and Account Executives to drive revenue from independent hoteliers across Europe. You will be hands‑on, overseeing daily execution, coaching reps, and ensuring operational stability while championing a product that simplifies hospitality management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage pipeline health, call activity and meeting volume across the French sales team.
- Coach reps in real time, listen to calls, give feedback and identify conversion blockers.
- Recruit, onboard and ramp new sales talent quickly.
- Track individual KPIs, hold performance conversations and support continuous improvement.
- Act as the liaison between the team and leadership, surfacing insights and translating strategy into daily habits.
- Maintain HubSpot data hygiene so pipeline metrics are reliable.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to align outreach quality with closing requirements.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience managing a sales team, preferably in SaaS or technology.
- Native French speaker with strong written and verbal English.
- Coach‑first mindset, energized by developing people rather than personal sales quotas.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a multi‑role team.
- Comfortable in a performance‑driven environment with clear targets and accountability.

- HubSpot (CRM) – accurate logging and pipeline management.
