Sales Manager – Mobile Water Services (Iberia)

About the role

Veolia Water Tech is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the Mobile Water Services sales effort across the Iberia region (Spain and Portugal). The role focuses on expanding the mobile water assets business, building a robust pipeline, and delivering revenue growth in both industrial and municipal sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the Iberia mobile water market and identify high‑potential prospects.
• Build and manage a pipeline of new opportunities, translating customer pain points into compelling value propositions.
• Execute a sales plan that drives revenue growth and market share for mobile water assets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including services, contract performance, commercial operations, product management, technical centres of excellence, asset care, and vertical/account leaders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to keep Veolia’s solutions ahead of the curve.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the water, environmental or industrial services sectors.
• Strong understanding of the mobile water market in Spain and Portugal.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• High energy, self‑motivated, and able to work in an international, fast‑paced environment.
