Sales Operations Officer (French Speaker) – Barcelona

This position sits at the heart of sales performance and business structuring, helping to optimise processes, data and tools to accelerate growth in a fast‑growing scale‑up environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse sales performance (pipeline, conversion, forecast) and build reporting using Excel and Power BI to support business monitoring and decision‑making.
• Contribute to the optimisation of sales processes and operational efficiency.
• Support CRM data quality and revenue‑operations initiatives.
• Participate in the implementation of tools, processes and best practices across sales teams.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support the execution of strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Business school, engineering school or university background.
• 1‑2 years of experience in sales operations, consulting, business analysis or project management.
• Strong analytical mindset with a keen interest in data and business performance.
• Ability to quickly understand complex environments and translate analysis into action.
• Structured, proactive and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
