Sales Production Intern

About the role

VeryChic, a European travel platform specializing in exclusive luxury hotel and travel deals and part of the Accor Group, is looking for an intern to join its production team in Barcelona. The role manages sales production, optimizes workflows and ensures the quality and accuracy of travel offers published across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Create and configure sales offers in internal systems according to negotiated commercial agreements.
• Enter and manage content such as services and conditions, property photos and other product information.
• Meet production deadlines for publishing offers across markets and check prices and product data for accuracy and compliance.
• Advise the Sales team on the technical feasibility of offers and manage daily communication with operational teams.
• Handle last-minute updates and coordinate corrections with Content, Customer Service, Sales, IT and external partners.
• Review merchandising, presentation, copy, pricing, availability and visuals, and coordinate final validations with partner hoteliers.
• Monitor bugs and issues raised by offers and suggest improvements to internal tools and processes.

Required profile

• Native French speaker with flawless syntax and spelling; English and/or Spanish is a strong asset.
• Rigorous, organized, with strong priority management and stress resilience.
• Critical thinker with good problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in tourism, travel or hospitality is a plus.
