Sales Representative – Collision Repair – Cataluña and East Spain

About the role

3M is seeking a Sales Representative for Collision Repair Solutions within its Automotive Aftermarket Division, covering Catalonia and the eastern regions of Spain. This remote position allows you to work primarily from Barcelona while engaging with channel partners and key end‑user accounts across the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and follow up channel partners, executing incentive and promotional plans, deploying commercialization tools, and coordinating training and joint activities.
• Oversee major end‑user accounts and MSOs, handling negotiations, SOP implementation, KPI monitoring, audits, and coordination with internal teams.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to achieve sales targets, market penetration, body‑shop targeting, and new product launches.
• Work closely with Application Engineers on testing, process development, and related technical activities.
• Maintain the CRM system (Salesforce) with up‑to‑date customer files, activity logs, and opportunity pipelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the car collision repair industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Salesforce CRM.
• Strong analytical mindset, initiative, and solution‑oriented approach.
• Leadership, influencing, negotiation abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
