Sales Representative Oncology

About the role

Novartis is looking for a Sales Representative Oncology to drive customer interactions and sales performance in the Basque Country, Cantabria and Burgos. The role builds trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and patients, combining customer insights, data and personalised engagement to grow sales in a compliant and ethical way.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by delivering value-based, customer-focused interactions and adapting territory, account and customer plans to changing needs
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders, personalising engagement across face-to-face and virtual channels
• Develop customer insights from data and share them internally to support content, campaigns and interaction plans
• Work with cross-functional teams to design solutions that address unmet customer and patient needs
• Act with integrity and comply with the Novartis Code of Ethics, Values and Behaviours

Required profile

• University degree in Life Sciences, Business, Healthcare or a related field
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, hospital or specialty sales
• Spanish language proficiency
• Preferred: previous oncology experience, ideally in breast cancer

• Annual base salary range of 48,300 to 89,700 EUR, with a possible performance-based bonus
