Sales Representative OOH – Valencia

About the role

Ferrero is seeking a passionate and results‑driven Sales Representative to join its OOH team in Valencia. You will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring excellent point‑of‑sale execution for some of the world’s most loved brands within the FMCG sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers across the assigned territory, conducting regular visits and building long‑term partnerships.
• Secure optimal visibility for Ferrero products through sales negotiation, shelf placement, and secondary displays.
• Generate and manage orders, monitor stock levels, and support promotional activities.
• Execute trade‑marketing initiatives, review assortments and introduce new products.
• Perform territory and route management, sales analysis and performance reviews to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Key Account teams and wholesalers to implement commercial plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales, account management or business development, preferably in FMCG, OOH, foodservice or Horeca.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and influence customers.
• Analytical skills to use data for performance insight, prioritisation and route productivity.
• Proactive, organised, resilient and highly motivated to achieve ambitious goals.
• Confident communicator who can quickly build trust with a wide range of stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with trade‑marketing tools, sell‑out data analysis or retail execution platforms (advantageous).
