Sales Specialist – AI Startup (Hybrid, Madrid)

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential restaurant clients through outbound outreach.
• Build strong relationships, understand client needs and present AI‑driven solutions.
• Convert conversations into signed contracts and ensure a smooth hand‑over to the implementation team.
• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve the sales process.

Required profile

• High sales energy, ambitious, curious and results‑driven.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for talking to people.
• Fluent in Spanish with solid English (minimum B2 level).
• Previous experience in sales or customer‑facing roles is a plus, but attitude matters more than background.
• Eager to learn, grow and build a long‑term career in technology.
